Originally a deli selling local meats, and now one of Mendoza's best upscale restaurants, this spot is now one of the most popular in Mendoza, and the focus is still very much on local, quality produce. It is designed to look like a deli with food products from tapenades to rare beer lining the walls and a large fridge with cured meats.
Head Chef Pablo Ranea has created an interesting menu combining produce from Mendoza with flavors and styles inspired from around the globe. Try their delicious steak wrapped in pastry with blue cheese and mushrooms, or their Asian inspired red tuna fillet with cider sauce.
The menu is well complemented with an extensive wine list and you can personally visit, or even dine in, their unique wine cellar, a unique street-facing room with a large round table in the middle, so you can dine surrounded by wine if you so desire. The restaurant even provides ponchos so you don't get cold.
